PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut guide for bi-planar wedge osteotomy.SOLUTION: A method for bi-planar wedge osteotomy comprises the steps of: inserting a first wire into a first bone of the foot, which is distal from tissue to be removed； inserting a second wire into a second bone of the foot, so that the tissue to be removed is distal from the second wire； pivoting a cut guide 100 about the first wire, until a first axis of the cut guide is parallel with a longitudinal axis of a first metatarsal of the foot, the cut guide having a slot 104 perpendicular to the first axis for guiding a cutter for cutting bone through the slot while the first axis is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the first metatarsal； thereafter pivoting the cut guide about the second wire, until the first axis of the cut guide is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the talus； and cutting bone through the slot, to form a second planar cut into or through bone material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】両面楔状骨切り術にための切断ガイドを提供する。【解決手段】楔状骨切り術方法は、取り除かれる組織から遠位にある足部の第１骨に第１ワイヤを挿入する。取り除かれる組織が、第２ワイヤから遠位にあるように、第２ワイヤを第２骨に挿入する。切断ガイド１００の第１軸が、第１中足骨の長手方向軸と平行になるまで第１ワイヤに対して切断ガイドが枢動する。切断ガイドは、第１軸を第１中足骨の長手方向軸に並ぶようにすると共に、骨を切断するために、切断機を案内する第１軸に対して垂直であるスロット１０４を有する。その後、切断ガイドは、第１軸を距骨の長手方向軸に整列するまで第１ワイヤに対して枢動し、骨はスロットを介して切断され、骨物質内に、または間に第２平面切断部を形成する。【選択図】図１
