Provided is an anti-microbial composition. The composition comprises two active ingredients, A and B. An active composition A is a compound represented by formula (I). The active composition B is a myclobutanil, the weight ratio of the two compositions ranges from 1:40 to 40:1. The invention further provides a manufacturing method and an application of the composition. Test results showed that the anti-microbial composition has significantly improved performance. Most importantly, the amount of administration can be reduced to lower usage costs. The anti-microbial composition can effectively prevent a specific fungal disease of a crop. Anti-microbial agents of different mechanisms of action and activities are combined in a specified formulation to reduce an application volume for each of the anti-microbial agents.
