PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antagonizing antibody that binds to interleukin-7 receptor (IL-7R).SOLUTION: The present invention provides an isolated antibody that specifically binds to interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL-7Rα). Here, the antibody comprises: a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3, which are present in a specific amino acid sequence； and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3, which are present in a specific amino acid sequence.
