Provided is a sensor module for measuring a biological signal, capable of increasing accuracy in measuring the biological signal by arranging a measuring electrode, a grounding electrode, and a reference electrode separately, minimizing influence by noise by arranging the measuring, grounding and reference electrodes to be separated from each other at positions free from the noise, and increasing measurement efficiency by arranging the electrodes to be separated from the biological signal to the maximum. The sensor module for measuring a biological signal includes: at least one measuring sensor which senses the biological signal to measure the biological signal and is attached to a part of the body a reference electrode which is provided to be a reference for measuring a voltage difference between a measuring sensor and the reference electrode and comes in contact with a part of the body and the grounding electrode which is in contact with a part of the body in the interest of subject&primes safety. According to the present invention, the sensor module for measuring a biological signal may increase accuracy in measuring the biological signal by arranging the measuring, reference, and grounding electrodes to be separated as far away from each other as possible, and minimize influence by noise on the measured biological signal by arranging the measuring, reference, and grounding electrodes to be dispersed independently of the noise.
