PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope that includes a relay board for connecting an ultrasonic signal conductor divided halfway in a video connector, and is excellent in a degree of freedom and assemblability of the composition and arrangement of the relay board.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic endoscope includes an imaging part and an ultrasonic probe at the tip of an insertion part, a video connector at the tip of a flexible tube extending from an operation part, and a connector for an ultrasonic signal at the tip of a branch tube branching from the video connector and extending. A first ultrasonic signal conductor passing through the inside of the flexible tube and a second ultrasonic signal conductor passing through the inside of the branch tube are connected to each other by a relay board, and an ultrasonic signal is transmitted between the ultrasonic probe and the connector for an ultrasonic signal.
