PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-dry type hollow fibrous membrane module with low eluate and high performance.SOLUTION: In a hollow filament membrane module with hollow fibrous 2 contained in a tubular case 1, its manufacturing method is characterized in that the membrane module filled up with liquid has an inner diameter of 50 to 5,000 &mum, that the second liquid pass space becomes higher in pressure than the first liquid pass space after the liquid was discharged from the second liquid pass space, that air is passed through the first liquid pass space with a flow rate of 0.01 to 11 L(Normal)/min to discharge the liquid from the first liquid pass space, and that the liquid holding rate of the hollow fibrous membrane 2 is kept at 20 to 600%.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】セミドライタイプの中空糸膜モジュールにおいて、溶出物が少なく、かつ、性能の高い中空糸膜モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】筒状ケース1に中空糸膜2が内臓された中空糸膜モジュールにおいて、液体が充填された、膜内径が50~5000μmである前記中空糸膜モジュールとし、第2通液空間の液体を排出後、第2通液空間を第1通液空間より高い圧力とし、第1通液空間に0.01~11L(Normal)/minの流量で気体を通して第1通液空間の液体を排出させて中空糸膜2の抱液率を20~600%にすることを特徴とする中空糸膜モジュールの製造方法によって達成される。【選択図】図1
