PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional shape of a surface of an object part of a subject's body easily and correctly.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape manufacturing method includes steps of: measuring pressure distribution for measuring pressure distribution of a surface of an object part of a subject's body positioned on a pedestal in a horizontal level with a contact pressure sensor; calculating a deformation volume for calculating a deformation volume of the object part of the subject's body by multiplying a pressure applied to the surface of the object part of the subject's body measured by the step of measuring pressure distribution, a contact area of the contact pressure sensor, and an inverse number of a spring constant of the surface of the subject's body; and manufacturing a three-dimensional shape for manufacturing a three-dimensional shape based on the deformation volume of the object part of the subject's body calculated by the step of calculating a deformation volume.【課題】被験者の身体の対象部位表面の3次元形状を簡易且つ正確に作製する方法を提供する。【解決手段】台座上に水平位にて位置する被験者の身体の対象部位表面の圧力分布を接触圧センサで測定する圧力分布測定工程と、圧力分布測定工程で測定された被験者の対象部位表面にかかる圧力と、接触圧センサの接触面積と、被験者の体表面のばね定数の逆数と、を乗じることにより、被験者の身体の対象部位の変形量を算出する変形量算出工程と、変形量算出工程で算出された被験者の身体の対象部位の変形量に基づいて3次元形状を作製する3次元形状作製工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1
