PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butterfly-shaped base plate capable of preventing sliding between wing-like parts and easily setting an angle of a blade surface of a needle tube to an appropriate angle.SOLUTION: A butterfly-shaped base plate 2 includes: a fixing part 21 to which a needle tube 11 is fixed a first flexible wing-like part 22 extending in one side of a horizontal direction and a second flexible wing-like part 23 extending in the other side. A plurality of engagement grooves 22b2 aligned in the horizontal direction and partitioned by wall portions 22b1 are formed on a first contact part 22b of the first wing-like part 22. A projecting strip 23b1 to be engaged with one of the engagement grooves 22b2 is formed on a second contact part 23b of the second wing-like part 23.
