A weight blanket for therapeutic treatment, said blanket (1) comprising at least one linked objects (5) for increasing the weight of the blanket； said linked object (5) being placed in several corresponding channels (2) between a first and a second cloth layer (11, 12) in the blanket (1)； said channels being distributed over the surface of the blanket, wherein the linked object (5) create bands of weights spread over the blanket, in order for the pressure to follow the shape of the body of the user of the blanket, wherein at least one of the channels has a width (W) in the range of 60 - 200 mm, preferably 80 - 150 mm, more preferably 90 - 110 mm.La présente invention concerne une couverture lestée destinée à un traitement thérapeutique, ladite couverture (1) comprenant au moins un objet lié (5) permettant d'augmenter le poids de la couverture ； ledit objet lié (5) étant placé dans plusieurs canaux correspondants (2) entre une première et une seconde couche de tissu (11, 12) dans la couverture (1) ； lesdits canaux étant répartis sur la surface de cette dernière. L'objet lié (5) crée des bandes de poids réparties sur la couverture, afin que la pression suive la forme du corps de l'utilisateur de la couverture, au moins l'un des canaux ayant une largeur (W) comprise entre 60 et 200 mm, de préférence comprise entre 80 et 150 mm, idéalement comprise entre 90 et 110 mm.
