The present invention relates to a pest-control smoke agent for honeybees and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a pest-control smoke agent for honeybees, which is harmless to the human body while being effective in controlling pests. In order to control pests which are harmful to honeybees, the present invention utilizes paraffin, which has an insecticidal effect on pests including mites and ticks, wherein the utilized paraffin is food-grade liquid paraffin. Moreover, by using other food-grade materials for the other constituents of the smoke agent, such as a dispersing agent, alcohol, an emulsifier and Eucalyptus oil, the present pest-control smoke agent can prevent harmful substances from accumulating in the honeybees, the worker performing the pest control or the consumer ingesting the honey.
