According to the present invention, a plug and play endoscopy probe system comprises: a plug and play slide (10) releasably coupled in a plug and play method on a table consisting an optical microscope； an endoscopy coupler (20) releasably coupled on the plug and play slide (10)； a light source part (30) coupled to the endoscopy coupler (20), and generating a stimulus signal； and an endoscopy fiber (40) connected to the endoscopy coupler (20).
