A plant cultivation pot comprises: a culture pot, a sealing cover, a planting sponge, a restraining clip, filler, water absorbing body and a positioning base. The culture pot comprises a bottom plate which is formed with at least one bottom hole. The planting sponge is disposed within the restraining clip. The positioning base has at least one base hole and is fixed on the bottom plate of the culture pot, wherein the base hole is communicated with the bottom hole. The constraining clip is fixed on the positioning base. The water absorbing body is restrained at the intersection of the restraining clip and the positioning base and is contacted with the planting sponge while having a partial section extended into the base hole and the bottom hole. The sealing cover is fitted with the outer periphery of the restraining clip. The filler is distributed in the area formed by the culture pot, the sealing cover and the restraining clip.
