A disinfecting/sterilising machine (1 ) for disinfecting/sterilising endoscopes, comprising: a tunnel (4) having a first opening (5) and a second opening (6) an upper wall (7) which delimits the tunnel (4) a first lateral wall (1 1) positionable at the first opening (5) such as to obstruct the tunnel (4) a second lateral wall (12) positionable at the second opening (6) such as to obstruct the tunnel (4) a bath (9) for receiving an endoscope to be disinfected/sterilised a bath support (9) guide means (8) for guiding the group comprising the bath support (10) and the bath (9) along the tunnel (4) between a first endrun (A1 ) in which the bath (9) projects externally from the first opening (5) of the tunnel (4) such as to be accessible for inserting or extracting the endoscope and a second endrun (A2) in which the bath (9) projects externally from the second opening (6) of the tunnel (4) such as to be accessible such as to Insert or extract endoscope.
