The irradiation portion of the light irradiation device for teeth whitening irradiates mixed light in which far infrared rays and visible light are mixed. Visible light has a wavelength of 430 nm or more and 490 nm or less. Inside the irradiation portion, an LED which emits far infrared rays and/or an LED which emits visible light are provided.
