A medical laser device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a laser oscillator for forwardly outputting laser beams a route adjusting unit disposed in the front of the laser oscillator, and changing a progressing route of laser beams outputted from the laser oscillator and a plurality of optical apertures disposed at intervals in front of the route adjusting unit. The route adjusting unit comprises: an optical system for reflecting laser beams outputted from the laser oscillator to the optical apertures and a motor unit for rotating the optical system on the basis of an axis in parallel to a laser output direction of the laser oscillator.
