Disclosed is a riding rice transplanter with the composition, capable of controlling a speed of a rice transplanter by alternatively selecting a lever or a pedal with respect to a working environment. According to the present invention, a riding rice transplanter comprises: an automatic driving machine equipped with a front wheel and a rear wheel； a planting device connected to the back of the automatic driving machine； an engine loaded on the top of the automatic driving machine； HST for continuously varying power of the engine； and a cockpit including a steering handle, a hand accelerating lever, and a foot accelerating lever in a space for a driver&prime；s seat. The side unit of the steering handle is arranged adjacent to the hand accelerating lever. The foot accelerating pedal is arranged on the floor of the cockpit opposite to the hand accelerating lever. The hand accelerating lever and the foot accelerating pedal are connected to be interlocked with each other to one intermediate operation axis connected to an output control arm in the HST.작업상황에 따라 레버 또는 페달을 택일적으로 선택하여 이앙기의 속도를 조절할 수 있는 구성의 승용 이앙기가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 승용이앙기는, 전륜과 후륜을 갖춘 자주기체, 자주기체의 후방에 연결된 식부장치, 자주기체 위에 탑재된 엔진, 엔진의 동력을 무단 변속하는 HST 및 운전자 착석 가능한 공간에 조향핸들과 핸드가속레버, 풋가속페달을 갖춘 조종석을 포함하며, 조향핸들 측부에 상기 핸드가속레버가 인접 배치되고, 상기 풋가속페달은 핸드가속레버 반대편 조종석 바닥에 배치되며, 핸드가속레버와 풋가속페달이 HST의 출력제어아암에 연결되는 하나의 중간 작동축에 상호 연동 가능하게 연결된 것을 구성의 요지로 한다.
