Provided is the use of a botulinum toxin type A in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a patient suffering from a headache, wherein the medicament is formulated for administration to a nerve located in the vicinity of at least one suture line of the patients skull. The headache may be a sinus headache, a tension headache, a migraine headache, a cluster headache or a cervogenic headache or episodic migraine or a chronic migraine.
