Elements of the head holder have longitudinal grooves that allow the head holder to be fixed rigidly vertically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the spine, using screw pairs, and also to adjust the distances of the head holder elements, setting it tightly on the patient. Corset fastening elements are adjustable and located on the front surface of the corset. If necessary, it is possible to take an X-ray of the upper cervical vertebrae during treatment. For this, the head holder is provided with a ring-mouthpiece.
