The present invention relates to a method for preparing a double transgenic fat-1/hairless mouse for expressing omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases, and to a use of the same. In particular, the inventors have obtains a mouse in which a genetic background of a mouse having a fat-1 gene is filtrated by 96.875% by an SKH-1-based hairless mouse by repeating crossbreeding between the mouse having a fat-1 gene and the SKH-1-based hairless mouse. The double transgenic mouse expresses omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, and thus can be useful in observing an anti-inflammatory effect of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid.본 발명은 염증질환 예방 및 치료를 위한 오메가 3 다불포화지방산을 발현하는 이중형질전환 fat-1/무모 마우스의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명자들은 fat-1 유전자를 지니고 있는 마우스와 SKH-1 계통의 무모(hairless) 마우스의 교배를 반복하여, fat-1 유전자를 지니고 있는 마우스의 유전적 배경이 SKH-1 계통의 무모 마우스로 96.875% 필터레이션(filtration)된 마우스를 획득하였고, 상기 이중 형질전환 마우스는 오메가 3 다불포화지방산을 발현하므로, 오메가 3 다불포화지방산의 항염증 효과를 관찰하는 용도에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
