PURPOSE: A composition containing lichen-forming fungus liquid culture product and/or Eucalyptus genus plant extract is provided to prevent plant diseases without environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing fungal plant diseases contains usnic acid, agriculturally acceptable salt thereof, Eucalyptus genus plant extract, lactic acid or agriculturally acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Usnic acid or the salt thereof is isolated from a liquid culture product of Usnea sp. The Usnea sp. includes Usnea longissima, Usnea barbata, Usnea florida, Usnea hirta, Usnea rubicunda, Usnea rubiginea, or Usnea subfloridana.본 발명은 지의류 형성 곰팡이의 액체 배양 산물 및/또는 유카립투스 속 식물 추출물을 포함하는 진균성 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 진균성 식물병 방제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방제용 조성물은 천연물로부터 유래하여 인체에 무해하고 환경오염을 유발하지 않으면서 식물병에 대하여 높은 방제활성을 나타내므로 환경친화적인 천연물 살균제의 개발 및 고부가가치의 유기농산물 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
