The present invention relates to a roll type medical band provided to protect a skin wound, such as a burn, a cut, and an external injury, and the skin from infection. More specifically, the roll type medical band comprises: long roll type release tape (200)； and one or more adhesive sheets (100) each of which is fixated on an upper portion of one side of the release tape (200) and has a gauze (110) to be attached to the skin wound, located at the center of an inner side thereof wherein the adhesive sheets are attached to the skin.
