Ophthalmic lens comprises: a lens body having a chamber inside, wherein at least part of the lens body is flexible, the lens body has a refractive index of the lens body; a reservoir connected to the lens body and a setting volume of the reservoir, which is fluidly connected to the lens body chamber, an optical fluid contained in the chamber and the reservoir. Reservoir contains heat-sensitive structures, which change the shape from the first mold to the second mold, at the temperature effect making at least forty-five degrees Celsius. First part of heat-sensitive structures has first orientation. Change of the first form to the second form leads to increase of the reservoir volume. Second part of heat-sensitive structures has a second orientation. Change from the first shape to the second shape leads to reduction of the reservoir volume. Optical fluid medium has refractive index of optical fluid medium. Change in volume of the reservoir provides flow of part of the optical fluid between the reservoir and the chamber so that at least part of the body of the lens undergoes a change of shape corresponding to a change in the fundamental optical power. At that, refraction index of optical fluid medium coincides with refraction coefficient of lens body with accuracy of 0.1. Method of treating an ophthalmic disease in a patient comprises: selecting an ophthalmic device for implantation into an eye of a patient, wherein the ophthalmic device comprises an ophthalmic lens, wherein the ophthalmic device has a first primary optical force; implanting the ophthalmic device into the patient's eye; determining whether a first basic optical force is suitable for a patient; and if the first main optical power is not suitable, contacting the temperature by at least one of the first part or the second part of heat-sensitive structures, such that at least one of the first part or second part of the heat-sensitive struc
