PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a scanning width and further reduce the influence of body movement, without increasing burden on a patient during the endoscope insertion.SOLUTION: A living body pressing board 41 and an optical probe 50 are each inserted into a treatment device channel 31 formed in the insertion part of the endoscope 1. The combined size (length) of the thickness of the living body pressing board 41 and the diameter of the optical probe 50 is greater than the inside diameter of the treatment device channel 31. The living body pressing board 41 and the optical probe 50 are not inserted into the treatment device channel 31 together (one on top of the other). Instead, they are inserted thereinto separately with different timings. This makes it possible to guide the living body pressing board 41 into a body through the treatment device channel 31 and also guide the optical probe 50 into the body through this treatment device channel 31. With the optical probe 50 placed on the living body pressing board 41, scanning is carried out using the optical probe 50.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡挿入時の患者への負担を増やすことなく,スキャン幅を拡大し,さらに体動の影響を低減する。
