PURPOSE: An attenuated salmonella live vaccine and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to completely protect a host from pathogenic salmonella strain and to apply to various fields. CONSTITUTION: A salmonella live vaccine is provided to removing ruvB gene from DNA of salmonella strain including ruvB gene or disrupting ruvB gene. The disruption of ruvB gene is performed by removing partial base sequence in ruvB gene or substituting partial base sequence in ruvB base. A salmonella vaccine composition contains salmonella sp. mutant strain and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.본 발명은 살모넬라의 염색체 DNA로부터 ruvB유전자를 제거하거나 ruvB유전자를 파쇄시킴으로써 얻어지는 약독화된 살모넬라 생백신 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 백신 예방 접종으로 인한 숙주의 피해가 없으며, 병원성 살모넬라 균주에 대해 완전한 숙주 보호능을 발휘한다.
