The present invention relates to a cosmetic container which can be recycled as a flowerpot. The cosmetic container comprises: a cover in which seeds of plants are embedded and which is coupled to an upper end of a body； the body of which the upper portion is opened, which accommodates cosmetics and in which at least one hole is perforated on the lower bottom； and a stopper inserted into the hole of the body and having bumps sealing a lower end of the body.
