The present invention is in the technical field of antibody therapies involving a target cell killing mechanism by ADCC. It relates to purified antibody compositions, obtained by chromatographic fractionation of the different charge isoforms naturally present in an antibody composition and grouping of one or more chromatographic fractions corresponding to the major peak of the chromatogram, the monoclonal antibody composition as well as obtained being enriched in said majority peak, which represents at least 85% of the chromatogram of the composition obtained, for use as a medicament.La présente invention se situe dans le domaine technique des thérapies par anticorps impliquant un mécanisme de destruction de cellules cibles par ADCC. Elle concerne des compositions d'anticorps purifiées, obtenues par fractionnement par chromatographie des différentes isoformes de charge naturellement présentes dans une composition d'anticorps et regroupement d'une ou plusieurs fractions chromatographiques correspondant au pic majoritaire du chromatogramme, la composition d'anticorps monoclonal ainsi obtenue étant enrichie dans ledit pic majoritaire, celui-ci représentant au moins 85% du chromatogramme de la composition obtenue, pour une utilisation en tant que médicament.
