PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information useful for analyzing a brain function by making it possible to measure living body information of nervous activity condition of a living body brain when a subject receives specific stimulation or makes specific action for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A sensor part 1 implanted in a living body so as to come into close contact with a surface of the brain 100 has, on a substrate 10: an LED 11 for blue stimulating light an LED 12 for blue exciting light and an image sensor 13 in which a surface of a light-receiving part 14 is covered with an optical filter 15 so as to selectively detect red fluorescent light. Measurement is carried out installing the sensor part 1 upon introducing photosensitive protein into specific cells in the site to be measured of the brain 100 and dyeing the surrounding cells with voltage-sensitive pigment in advance. The cells into which the photosensitive protein is introduced are activated when the stimulation light is emitted from the LED 11 and the fluorescent light with intensity corresponding to the fluctuation of a membrane potential is released from the voltage-sensitive pigment. Consequently, an image reflecting nervous action of the site to be measured can be formed based on the signals detected by the image sensor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体が特定の刺激を受けたときや所定の行動を起こす際の生体脳の神経活動状態等の生体情報を、長期間に亘って計測可能とし脳機能解析等に有用な情報を提供する。【解決手段】脳100表面に密着するように生体に埋植されるセンサ部1は、基板10上に、青色の刺激光用LED11、緑色の励起光用LED12、赤色の蛍光を選択的に検出するべく受光部14表面が光学フィルタ15で被覆されたイメージセンサ13、を備える。予め脳100の測定対象部位内の特定細胞に光感受性タンパク質を導入すると共に周囲の細胞を電位感受性色素で染色した上で、センサ部1を装着し計測を行う。LED11から刺激光が出射されると光感受性タンパク質が導入された細胞は活性化され、膜電位の変動に応じた強度の蛍光が電位感受性色素から放出される。従って、イメージセンサで検出された信号に基づいて測定対象部位の神経活動を反映した画像を作成することができる。【選択図】図3
