A method for isolating genomic DNA (gDNA) from a biological material, the method including (a) contacting a sample that contains gDNA with a solution of hydroxide and a detergent to denature the gDNA (b) mixing into the solution resulting from step (a) a solution characterized by high salt and reducing the pH of the solution to less than 1 0, thereby producing a neutralized solution (c) centrifuging the sample to clarify the preparation and (d) removing Insoluble material from the neutralized and clarified preparation, whereby a solution of gDNA is produced.Cette invention concerne un procédé disolement dADN génomique (ADNg) à partir dune matière biologique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) mettre en contact un échantillon contenant de lADNg avec une solution dhydroxyde et un détergent pour dénaturer lADNg (b) mélanger dans la solution issue de létape (a) une solution caractérisée par sa haute teneur en sels et réduire le pH de la solution à moins de 10, de façon à obtenir une solution neutralisée centrifuger léchantillon pour clarifier la préparation et (d) extraire le matériau insoluble de la préparation neutralisée et clarifiée de façon à produire une solution dADNg.
