PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective tube capable of suitably operating an insertion body even under such an environment that the insertion body is used together with the protective tube and to provide an endoscopic system.
SOLUTION: The protective tube 40 used together with an endoscopic apparatus provided with the insertion body 20 having a distal end 21 and a proximal end includes: a cylindrical tube body 41 which has a top end 42, a base end and a middle clamping part which is between the top end 42 and the base end, wherein the clamping part is clamped by a user, and the insertion body 20 can pass through the tube body and a connection part 50 which is connected to the distal end 21 of the insertion body 20 and the top end 42 of the tube body 41 and tightens the outer surface of the insertion body 20, in such a manner that a tightening force inward in a radial direction with respect to the outer surface of the insertion body 20 is changed to make the tightening force larger according to the increase of the relative rotation amount around an axis of the insertion body 20 and the tube body 41.
