PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform the risk of food allergy so as to enjoy food safely.SOLUTION: An allergy test seal of the present invention comprises a display sheet and a film put on the display sheet, the surface of the display sheet having a thin film, the thin film having a drawing displayed, the film being put on the outside of the drawing of the display sheet, and the drawing having a confirmation part by which if skin changes appear, the change of the skin can be confirmed from the outside. The confirmation part may be a transparent thin film or a through hole. Any drawing consisting of an achromatic color or/and chromatic colors except red can be displayed on the display sheet. The allergy test seal of the present invention may be a seal type having a pasteboard and a display sheet that is put on the pasteboard in a peelable manner.
