PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new absorbent article which prevents an absorbers excessive compression caused by deformation of the absorbent article and rewetting associated with the excessive compression.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and an absorber 4 which is provided between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3.
