The present invention provides anti-Gremlin-1 (GREM1) antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, as well as methods of use of such antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, for treating a subject having pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It is disclosed a method of treating a subject having pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-gremlin-1 (GREM1) antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the therapeutic effect of administration of the anti-GREMl antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, to the subject is selected from the group consisting of inhibiting thickening of the pulmonary artery in the subject； increasing stroke volume in the subject； increasing right ventricle cardiac output in the subject； and extending survival time of the subject, thereby treating the subject having PAH.L'invention concerne des anticorps anti-Gremlin-1 (GREM1), et des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci, ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation de ces anticorps, ou de leurs fragments de liaison à l'antigène, pour traiter un sujet atteint d'hypertension artérielle pulmonaire (HTAP).
