The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a liposome inclusion complex containing horse oil, which comprises: i) a step of melting horse oil at 40 to 45°C ii) a step of mixing molten horse oil with lecithin and an emulsifier supplement to be dissolved in distilled water and iii) a step of obtaining a liposome inclusion complex containing horse oil by injecting the dissolved mixture from step ii) to a high pressure emulsifying chamber and emulsifying the mixture three to five times under the pressure of 15,000 to 30,000 psi.
