The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition which is safe due to few side effects, and has excellent TGR5 agonist activity comprising one or more extracts selected from a group consisting of Erigeron annuus, Sasa borealis(Hack.) Makino, cypress, ricinus, sunberry, Stellaria alsine var. undulata Ohwi, angelica, and zanthoxylum piperitum seed as an active ingredient.
