The present invention relates to a bioink to produce a biocompatible structure which includes a polyester-based copolymer consisting of a lactide unit and a caprolactone unit. The mole ratio of the lactide unit and the caprolactone unit is 70:30 to 99.5:0.5, a melting point (Tm) is within 35-60°C, and the number average molecular weight (Mn) is 50,000-2,000,000. The present invention further relates to a biocompatible structure including the same, and a production method thereof.본 발명은 카프로락톤 단위체 및 락타이드 단위체를 포함하는 폴리에스테르계 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 카프로락톤 단위체 및 락타이드 단위체의 몰비는 70:30 내지 99.5:0.5이고, 융점(Tm)은 35℃ 내지 60℃이며, 수평균분자량(Mn)이 50,000 내지 2,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체적합 구조체 제조용 바이오 잉크； 이를 포함하는 생체적합 구조체； 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
