Rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition and preparation method thereof capable of producing oral tablets having excellent bioavailability and enough hardness
A preparation method for rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition is disclosed, which includes steps: mixing an active ingredient, a first disintegration agent and an excipient together in order to form a first mixture mixing a second disintegration agent and an excipient together in order to form a second mixture mixing the first and second mixture together and to perform tabletting, thereby obtaining a rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition. This invention provides a simply preparation method to produce a rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition, which is able to be quickly disintegrated in the mouth. Furthermore, this invention further provides a rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition produced by the preparation method, which has excellent bioavailability and enough hardness to prevent the tableted rapid disintegrating pharmaceutical composition from being damaged during transportation, so as to solve problems encountered in conventional technology such as having complicated preparation method or producing oral tablets that lacks of enough hardness.本發明提供一種快速崩散醫藥組成物之製備方法,其步驟包含:將活性成分、第一崩解劑以及賦形劑混合,以形成一第一混合物;將第二崩解劑以及賦形劑混合,以形成一第二混合物;將該第二混合物與第一混合物混合並進行打錠,以獲得一快速崩散醫藥組成物。本發明提供簡單製備方法以製備可快速在口中崩散之快速崩散醫藥組成物。本發明更提供藉由該製備方法所製備之快速崩散醫藥組成物,其具有良好的生體可用率以及足夠硬度以避免運送過程造成該快速崩散醫藥組成物錠劑之破損,以解決現有技術之繁複製備方法以及口服錠劑缺乏足夠硬度等問題。
