THE FIXED SUPPORT (22) IS FIXEDLY MOUNTED ON THE BASE (1) ADJACENT TO THE ROTATING PART (21) OF THE MOTOR (2), THE FIXED SUPPORT (22) DEFINING AT LEAST ONE SLOT (220). THE MOVABLE POST ASSEMBLY (3) IS MOVABLY MOUNTED TO THE FIXED SUPPORT (22). THE MOVABLE POST ASSEMBLY (3) IS INSERTED WITH A CONTACT ELEMENT (30) CAPABLE OF COOPERATING WITH THE ROTATING PART (21) OF THE MOTOR (2). THE MOVABLE POST ASSEMBLY (3) IS PROVIDED WITH A NUMBER OF SUSPENSION HARNESSES (31) FOR SUSPENDING TWO LEGS OF A USER.
