A single-use self-destruction safety syringe without residual fluid comprises a needle barrel (1), a push rod (2), a needle mount (3) and a needle cannula (4). The push rod (2) and the needle mount (3) are mounted in the needle barrel (1). The plunger (5) slidably matching with the inside wall of the needle barrel (1) is provided on the front end of the push rod (2). Wherein an automatic retractable means (6) is mounted in the front end of the push rod (2)’s chamber. The automatic retractable means (6) and the needle mount (3) have a snap-latch member respectively, the two snap-latch members can be connected to form an interference fit each other so as to connect the needle mount (3) with the automatic retractable means (6). Said snap-latch member has a fluid pass chamber, such that the residual fluid inside the needle barrel (1) can flow into the lumen of the needle mount (3) and the needle cannula (4) by the fluid pass chamber when the two snap-latch members engage to form an interference fit.
