1. An oral care composition comprising a salt of a basic amino acid and an inorganic acid, a soluble fluorine salt, and a calcium salt of an inorganic acid. The oral composition of claim 1, wherein the basic amino acid is present in an amount of from 0.1 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the composition, optionally in which the basic amino acid is present in an amount of from 1 to 10% by weight of the total weight of the composition. 3. An oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein the basic amino acid contains arginine, optionally, in which arginine is present as a salt of an inorganic oxo acid, further optionally, in which the inorganic oxo acid is phosphoric acid. The oral composition according to claim 1, in which a soluble fluorine salt is present in an amount of from 0.01 to 2 wt.% Of the total weight of the composition or in which a soluble fluorine salt as a source of fluorine ions is present in an amount sufficient to provide from about 50 ppm up to 25000 ppm by weight of fluorine ions in the total weight of the composition, optionally in which a soluble fluoride salt or source of fluoride ions is selected from sodium fluoride, sodium monofluorophosphate and mixtures thereof. 5. The oral composition according to claim 1, wherein the calcium salt is present in an amount of from 10 to 60% by weight of the total weight of the composition, optionally, in which the calcium salt is an inorganic oxo acid salt, further optionally, in which the calcium salt contains calcium phosphate. 6.
