Further, the enclosure 10 has a diameter dimension F at the upper end, which is larger than the diameter dimension E at the lower end, and the same diameter dimension F between the upper end and a base point D. The diameter dimension gradually increases along the upward direction between the base point C and the base point D. The enclosure has a front panel 11 and a rear panel 11, which are provided with a suction port 11a and a suction port 12a with many holes to achieve a predetermined opening ratio in a region above the base point C. Air flows into the enclosure from the front side of the enclosure 10 through the suction port 11a.
