PURPOSE: A composition containing a nucleotide sequence for enhancing abiotic stress is provided to suppress transformation or expression of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing abiotic stress resistance of a plant contains a nucleic acid molecule which suppresses expression of a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3, 4, or mixture thereof. The abiotic stress is drought, cold, and salt stress. The nucleic acid molecule is T-DNA, siRNA, shRNA, miRNA, ribozyme, PNA(peptide nucleic acids), or antisense oligonucleotide. A composition for promoting germination of a plant contains the nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid of sequence number 3, 4, or mixture thereof.본 발명은 식물체의 비생물학적 스트레스 저항성 증진용 조성물, 상기 조성물이 도입된 형질전환 식물체, 상기 형질전환 식물체의 제조방법 및 식물체의 비생물학적 스트레스 저항성 증진 방법 및 식물체의 발아 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 이용되는 뉴클레오타이드 서열은 식물체의 비생물학적 스트레스, 보다 구체적으로는 건조, 저온 또는 염 스트레스에 대한 저항성 및 발아능에 관여를 하며, 이를 이용하여 식물체를 형질전환 또는 발현 억제를 함으로서 건조, 저온 또는 염 등의 비생물학적 스트레스에 대한 내성이 탁월하거나 또는 속성재배가 가능한 신기능 식물체로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
