In one implementation, the present invention provides a vestibulator which is an instrument by which the motions required for the simulation for the cerebral palsy children are generated through the gadget while a child is placed on it. The stimulus is given in a secured and controlled way by a trained physiotherapist. By using the vestibulator the stimulus method is very effective in terms of faster reflex development. The stimulus comprises three different parameters i.e., length of displacement, frequency (cycle/minute) and duration. Combination of these parameters is referred to as DOSE which the therapist has to prescribe subject to the status of the child. The instrument, therefore, includes a facility to control the displacement, frequency and duration of exposure.
