The present invention relates to a human body impedance sensing technique based on minimized array frequency conversion, more particularly, this invention is characterized by comprising: a Wien-Bridge oscillator used as an infrastructure for an adjustable oscillator circuit that produces sine waves of different frequencies to measure different parts of a human body a reader circuit uses a common source circuit as the pixel circuit with an impedance detection range of 20k[Omega]~100k[Omega] an imaging system uses a proxy board, which has an analog to digital converter (ADC) acted as a main structure, to serve as the transmission bridge between the chip and the field programmable gate array (FPGA) development board, and finally an image of impedance is formed by the field programmable gate array (FPGA) development board to show, in gray level, on a display device.一種微小化陣列式變頻之人體阻抗感測技術,尤特指使用韋恩橋式振盪器(Wien-Bridge oscillator)作為可調式振盪電路的基礎架構,產生不同頻率之正弦波,來量測人體的不同部位,而在讀取電路部份,則採用共源極電路來作為像素電路,可偵測的阻抗範圍為20kΩ~100kΩ,至於顯像系統的部份,係利用以類比數位轉換器(Analog to Digital Converter,ADC)為主體架構的訊號介面板(proxy board),來作為晶片與現場可程式化閘陣列(FPGA)開發板之間的傳遞橋樑,最後透過現場可程式化閘陣列(FPGA)開發板將阻抗大小以灰階(Gray Level)影像的方式成像於顯示器上,為其特徵者。1‧‧‧電源供應級10‧‧‧陣列讀取電路晶片11‧‧‧感測器陣列12‧‧‧陣列讀取電路13‧‧‧正弦波訊號14‧‧‧行選擇器15‧‧‧增益級16‧‧‧輸出緩衝級20‧‧‧訊號介面板21‧‧‧緩衝級22‧‧‧濾波器23‧‧‧類比數位轉換器30‧‧‧現場可程式化閘陣列(FPGA)開發板40‧‧‧顯示器
