The present invention relates to a facial massager, which can significantly enhance an iontophoresis function by applying a large quantity of electric current on the skin of the human body, by means of forming a relatively high potential difference between power terminals having different polarities without requiring a separate voltage booster circuit, and can also apply stimulation to the entire face or locally by individually actuating electric modules of a mask even without external power. The facial massager, according to the present invention, comprises: the mask which is provided with an accommodation space therein, and external exposure holes of terminals for applying the electric current on the skin of the human body; and at least one electric module, which is accommodated in the accommodation portion of the mask that is provided with a rotary shaft and a coil that wraps the rotary shaft from the outside, comprising a driving portion, for exposing two terminals having different polarities through the external exposure holes, thereby increasing the potential difference between the two terminals by using inductance of the coil.
