PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing anthocyanin is provided to block UV ray and cheaply obtain the composition using fruits, vegetables, and grains. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with an UV protection effect contains anthocyanin of pH 3-6 and a skin compatibility carrier. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, skin, or cream. Anthocyanin is isolated from various fruits, vegetables, and/or grains with distilled water by infusion and enfleurage. The cosmetic composition also contains purified water, oil, surfactant, moisturizing agent, chelating agent, coloring agent, fatty acid, antioxidant, wax, pH adjusting agent, perfume, preservative, neutralizing agent, or a mixture thereof.본 발명에 따른 자외선 차단효능을 갖는 화장품 조성물은 pH 3 내지 6 범위의 안토시아닌 및 피부 양립성 담체로 이루어진다. 상기 안토시아닌은 pH 4 내지 5 범위가 더 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 화장품 조성물은 화장품 제형이 특별히 제한되지 않으며, 로션, 스킨, 또는 크림의 형태로 제형될 수 있다. 본 발명의 화장품 조성물은 화장품의 제형이나 사용목적에 적합하도록 정제수, 유분, 계면활성제, 보습제, 킬레이트제, 색소, 지방산, 산화방지제, 왁스, pH 조절제, 향로, 방부제, 중화제 등을 임의로 추가할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 사용되는 안토시아닌은 각종 과일, 채소, 곡류를 증류수에 넣고 온침법 또는 냉침법과 같은 추출법으로 얻을 수 있다.
