The present invention relates to a measuring system and measuring method of the degree of a menopausal symptom. The measuring system of the degree of a menopausal symptom according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a temperature measuring unit for measuring temperatures in a first region and a second region which are symmetrical based on an axis passing through a nose and a mouth in a facial part of a subject, a temperature analyzing unit for calculating an average temperature and temperature standard deviation of the first region and the second region based on the temperatures measured in the first region and the second region, and a unit for calculating the degree of the menopausal symptom for quantitatively calculating the degree of the menopausal symptom from one or more of the average temperature and temperature standard deviation of the first region and the second region.
