The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising ENOblock as an active ingredient. ENOblock according to the present invention has the effect of inhibiting enolase activity to improve the symptoms of diabetes and hyperlipidemia, as well as preventing tissue damage, inflammation progression and tissue fibrosis due to apoptosis that progresses as a diabetic complication. ENOblock can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for obesity by inhibiting the expression of fat producing genes.
