It relates to a rainwater supply device that utilizes a tree protection plate that can lower the temperature.본 발명은 수목보호판 적용 우수활용 빗물공급장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 수목보호판 하부에 설치되는 1차 집수수단에서 수목보호판을 통과한 우수를 여과 및 집수하여 1차적으로 가로수에 물을 공급하고, 잉여 우수에 대해서는 2차 집수수단에서 저장한 후 서서히 배출하여 우수가 기반토양층이나 식물에 의해 흡수가 용이하도록 하고 집중호우로 인한 피해를 저감하며, 동시에 저장된 물을 외부로 증발시켜 폭염시 외부 온도를 낮출 수 있는 수목보호판 적용 우수활용 빗물공급장치에 관한 것이다.
