The present invention is a technology for treating the residual ozone inside the sterilization apparatus by pure 100% plasma below the prescribed value and release it. In order to shorten the sterilization time, the residual ozone concentration is discharged by treating it below the reference value in a short time. To this end, there is provided a pure plasma sterilization apparatus for discharging ozone in a circulating manner between a main chamber and an auxiliary chamber equipped with an ozone treatment filter.본 고안은 순수 100% 플라즈마에 의한 멸균장치 내부의 잔존 오존을 규정치 이하로 처리하여 방출하는 기술이다. 멸균 시간의 단축을 위하여 잔존 오존의 농도를 단 시간에 기준치 이하로 처리하여 배출한다. 이를 위하여 주 챔버와 오존 처리 필터가 장착된 보조 챔버 사이에 오존을 순환 방식으로 처리하여 배출하는 순수 플라즈마 멸균 장치의 제공이다.
