The present invention relates to a composition for photodynamic therapy of cancer diseases using a gene expressing a fluorescent protein and a photosensitizer, and a photodynamic therapy method using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a composition for photodynamic therapy capable of selectively killing cancer cells only without affecting normal cells by treating the cancer cells, into which various fluorescent proteins have been introduced, with a photosensitizer and then irradiating a light source to the cancer cells, and a photodynamic therapy method using the same.La présente invention concerne une composition de thérapie photodynamique de maladies cancéreuses utilisant un gène exprimant une protéine fluorescente et un photosensibilisateur, ainsi qu'un procédé de thérapie photodynamique utilisant cette composition. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une composition de thérapie photodynamique capable de tuer sélectivement uniquement des cellules cancéreuses sans affecter des cellules normales, par traitement des cellules cancéreuses dans lesquelles diverses protéines fluorescentes ont été introduites, avec un photosensibilisateur, et ensuite par rayonnement d'une source de lumière sur les cellules cancéreuses, ainsi qu'un procédé de thérapie photodynamique utilisant cette composition.본 발명은 형광단백질을 발현하는 유전자 및 광감작제를 이용한 암 질환의 광역학 치료용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 광역학 치료방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 다양한 형광단백질이 도입된 암세포에 광감작제(photosensitizer)를 처리한 후 광원을 조사하여 정상세포에는 영향을 미치지 않고 암세포만을 선택적으로 사멸시킬 수 있는 광역학 치료용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 광역학 치료방법을 제공한다.
